Urgent Legal Contact and Authorities

For urgent legal notices or authority communications, email [email protected] with “URGENT LEGAL CONTACT – BeatScroll” in the subject. German and English are supported. Monitoring on German business days and acknowledgement by the end of the same or following business day are operational targets, not guarantees. Include the authority or organization, reference, legal basis, affected channel or URL, deadline, and secure reply details.

Reporting Allegedly Illegal Content

Submit a report by email with the subject “CONTENT REPORT – BeatScroll”. To support review and identification of the specific content, include:

• guest link, channel, event, time, and the exact content where possible;
• a reasoned explanation of why the content is alleged to be illegal;
• supporting evidence and the relevant jurisdiction where needed;
• the reporter's name and email unless a lawful exception applies;
• a statement that the report is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.

The server keeps no message history, so identify or preserve the exact content and circumstances where lawful. Reports are intended to be assessed carefully, promptly, and proportionately; incomplete reports may require follow-up. Email creates no automatic BeatScroll receipt. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact police or emergency services first.
