Subscription Management

You can cancel a Guestlist subscription at any time in your Deck: open the account menu and choose Plan & access → Manage subscription. This opens the customer portal of our reseller Creem, where you can also update your payment method and download invoices. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Guestlist cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, with access continuing until then. Gig Passes end automatically and do not renew. See the refund and cancellation policy for the full rules, including your statutory rights.

Withdrawal Instructions

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller, Armitage Labs OÜ (Creem), Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, [email protected], of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example an email. You can also send it to BeatScroll at [email protected]; we forward it to Creem without delay. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal is received, using the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. Your access ends with the withdrawal.

If you expressly agreed at checkout that the service may start before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right may lapse as provided by law and Creem’s Buyer Terms. Signing in alone is never treated as such consent.
