Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, the consumer must inform the seller identified at checkout and in the contract confirmation by an unequivocal statement, for example by email. The seller's complete name, address, and email will be inserted here before launch. The model form may be used but is not required. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of Withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, all payments received will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the notice, generally using the same payment method. If the consumer expressly requested service during the withdrawal period, they may owe the proportionate amount permitted by law for service provided before withdrawal. Withdrawal rights are treated as lost only when every applicable statutory condition has been met and confirmed on a durable medium. Signing in alone is not sufficient.
