Subscription Management

Paid subscriptions are not currently on sale. If you have created an account or used the unpaid beta, you have no paid subscription to cancel.

When paid plans launch, you will be able to cancel through a direct action with our billing provider (Merchant of Record). That connection is not available yet.

Guestlist cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, with access continuing until then. Gig Passes end automatically and do not renew. See the refund and cancellation policy for the full rules, including your statutory rights.
